NOVELTY - Film material comprises 100 pts. wt. PVC, 2-10 pts. wt. modified alkali-resistant fillers, 30-70 pts. wt. plasticizers, 0-10 pts. wt. antioxidants, 0-10 pts. wt. lubricants, 5-50 pts. wt. active fillers and 0.3-10 pts. wt. heat stabilizers, where the modified alkali-resistant filler is prepared by reacting the alkali-resistant filler with titanate coupling agent at 60-90 degrees C under acidic conditions after being activated by alkali solution. USE - As film material. ADVANTAGE - The film material improves the dispersibility of alkali-resistant filler in PVC and its compatibility with PVC through modification of alkali-resistant filler, is not easy to agglomerate and is stable, and has excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing alkali corrosion-resistant high-strength flexible PVC membrane material involving (i) treating alkali-resistant fillers with alkali solution to obtain activated alkali-resistant fillers, (ii) reacting the above-mentioned activated alkali-resistant filler at 60-90 degrees C and acidic conditions with the titanate coupling agent to obtain a modified basic filler and (iii) mixing modified basic filler, PVC, plasticizer, heat stabilizer, antioxidant, lubricant and active filler and curing at 100-130 degrees C to obtain the PVC film material.
