▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing photocatalytic ceramic membrane involves preparing graphene oxide-titanium oxide composite nano-particle dispersion, where the doping amount of the graphene oxide is more than 0 and less than 10 %. The graphene oxide-titanium oxide composite nano-particle dispersion is combined to the ceramic membrane by vacuum filtration to form a coarse modified ceramic membrane with nano-particle coating, using de-ionized water to wash the rough modified ceramic membrane surface, placing at 40-70 degrees C oven drying for 10-30min, putting the dried crude modified ceramic film into a muffle furnace, raising the temperature to more than 160 degrees C at a heating rate of 1-5 /min, and continuously heating for 1-3h, obtaining the photocatalytic-particle coating thickness of the ceramic film is 0.1-1 microns. USE - Method for preparing photocatalytic ceramic membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare photocatalytic ceramic membrane in a cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an integrated ceramic photocatalytic water device, which comprises an integrated UV-membrane treatment unit, where the integrated UV-membrane treatment unit comprises a UV light sourceand a membrane module, the membrane module comprises a chamber and photocatalytic ceramicmembrane set in the chamber, the ceramic filmphotocatalytic prepared by the method, the UV light source is setoutside the chamber, and can be directly irradiated onthe ceramic film photocatalytic.
