▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The touch sensor has a metal down-lead electrode arranged on a substrate surface. A graphene thin film is covered with the metal down-lead electrode. Optical transparent glue is adhered on a surface of the graphene thin film. The metal down-lead electrode is made of a copper material and a silver material. Thickness of the graphene thin film is 0.3-30 nm. USE - Graphene thin film touch sensor. ADVANTAGE - The touch sensor has better electrical contact operation, and reduces manufacturing cost, satisfies requirements of a user and improves adhesive force of the metal electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene thin film touch sensor manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene thin film touch sensor.
