▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A high temperature flame retardant filter material is prepared by (S1) singeing upper surface of needled felt and placing singeing needled felt into a pressing roller to press light; (S2) preparing composite flame retardant finishing agent by mixing 20-30 mass% ammonium polyphosphate, 1-2 mass% silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 mass% aluminum sol, 3-5 mass% penetrating agent, 1-2 mass% crosslinking agent, 5-20 mass% silicon oil, 3-6 mass% radiation sensitive agent, and 2-5 mass% graphene; and (S3) preparing high temperature flame retardant filter material by placing needled felt after singeing and calendering into the composite flame retardant finishing agent to perform the dipping treatment, placing the dipped needled felt in a low-energy electron accelerator to radiate and solidify, and heat-setting the needle felt after radiation curing. USE - Preparation of high temperature flame retardant filter material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improve the flame retardant property of the flame-retardant filter material under the industrial high-temperature working condition.
