NOVELTY - A silicon oxide coated titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material preparing method involves preparing silicon amorphous titanium alloy powder, mixing amorphous silicon titanium alloy powder and graphene powder, and ball-milling to obtain silicon titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material, dissolving salt or ester in mixed solution of water and alcohol to prepare solution, coating the solution on the silicon titanium/graphene nano composite material surface. The material surface is washed with ethyl alcohol, followed by sintering to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing silicon oxide coated titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing silicon oxide coated titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material with high capacity in a simple and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A silicon oxide coated titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material preparing method involves preparing silicon amorphous titanium alloy powder, combining silicon and titanium alloy to form titanium silicide alloy and elemental silicon, mixing amorphous silicon titanium alloy powder and graphene powder, and ball-milling after mixing to obtain silicon titanium alloy/graphene nano-composite material, dissolving salt or ester in mixed solution of water and alcohol under inert gas atmosphere. The silicon titanium alloy/grapheme nano composite material is added to the solution to obtain mixed suspension. The aqueous ammonia and soluble salts/ester or hydroxide is added dropwise to the suspension for uniformly coating on the silicon titanium/graphene nano composite material surface. The material surface is washed with ethyl alcohol, followed by sintering the composite material at room temperature to obtain finished product.
