▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printing material comprises 3-5 wt.% white carbon black, 10-20 wt.% modified polybutylene succinate polymer, 6-8 wt.% polyphenylene sulfide, 2-4 wt.% sodium benzoate, 1-2 wt.% isosorbide diester, 5-8 wt.% antioxidant tert-butylhydroquinone, 2-5 wt.% isopropyl tristearoyl titanate, 3-4 wt.% glycerol triacetate, 7-10 wt.% heat-resistant modified filler, 3-4 wt.% glass fiber, 10-15 wt.% polyamide resin, 6-7 wt.% graphene and remaining of polylactic acid. USE - As three-dimensional printing material. ADVANTAGE - The printing material is heat-resistant, and has high tensile strength, high impact strength, high elongation at break, high melting index and excellent thermal deformation temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the printing material, involving (a) adding modified polybutylene succinate polymer, polyphenylene sulfide, sodium benzoate, isosorbide diester, antioxidant tert-butylhydroquinone, isopropyl tristearoyl titanate, glycerol triacetate, heat-resistant modified filler, graphene, polyamide resin, glass fiber and polylactic acid to mixer, uniformly mixing, heating at 180-250 degrees C, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, adding white carbon black, and uniformly stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain blended product, (b) extruding blended product using twin-screw extruder, and blow-drying attached moisture using an air-cooling device to obtain the printing material.
