▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A self-heating antistatic garment fabric is obtained by interleaving warp yarn and weft yarn. The warp yarn comprises 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. modal fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. honeysuckle fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. ramie fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. phosphorus-based permanent flame-retardant polyester fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. pumpkin rattan fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. copper fiber and 4-6 pts. wt. nano-alumina. The weft yarn comprises magnetic fiber, tourmaline, polysiloxane, aluminum hydroxide, carbon fiber, Apocynum venetum leaf fiber, copper fiber and Lysimachia alfredii fiber. USE - Self-heating antistatic garment fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic garment fabric has excellent self-heating capacity due to the presence of graphene oxide and tourmaline, permeability and flame retardance, and does not cause irritation to skin and provides excellent comfort to user. The fabric can be directly contacted with the skin, and does not produce static friction sparks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A self-heating antistatic garment fabric is obtained by interleaving warp yarn and weft yarn. The warp yarn comprises 5-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-25 pts. wt. modal fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. honeysuckle fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. ramie fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. phosphorus-based permanent flame-retardant polyester fiber, 6-8 pts. wt. pumpkin rattan fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. copper fiber and 4-6 pts. wt. nano-alumina. The weft yarn comprises 3-5 pts. wt. magnetic fiber, 2-3 pts. wt. tourmaline, 4-5 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 12-16 pts. wt. A.venetum leaf fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. copper fiber and 18-22 pts. wt. L.alfredii fiber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of self-heating antistatic garment fabric, which involves mixing and spinning materials of warp and weft yarn, soaking warp and weft in nano-titanium dioxide solution for 30-40 minutes, freezing in a refrigerator at -5 degrees C for 10 minutes, taking out form the solution, hot air drying at 47 degrees C at hot air flow rate of 2-3 m/second, drying warp and weft, and weaving in weaving machine.
