▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A conductive composite material comprises reduced graphene oxide as active component, poly(styrene-acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or 2-ethylacrylic acid)-polyaniline as carrier, and fabric in a mass ratio of 1-2:1:50-100. USE - Conductive composite material is used as conductive electrode in preparation of high-sensitive pressure sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the conductive composite material, which involves mixing styrene, water and acrylic acid derivatives, reacting under the protection of nitrogen, adding amine persulfate solution to continue the reaction to obtain microsphere emulsion, centrifuging, cleaning, drying, adding resultant microsphere powder to water, ultrasonically processing at 350-450 W for 15-25 minutes, obtaining microsphere dispersion liquid, adding acidic aniline solution, stirring at 0-5 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate solution, reacting for 4-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying, adding water, mixing, obtaining conductive microsphere solution, immersing fabric in graphene oxide solution, reducing at 85-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying to obtain composite material of fabric and reduced graphene oxide, immersing resultant composite material in conductive microsphere solution for 5-15 minutes, and drying. The molar ratio of ammonium persulfate, styrene, water and acrylic acid derivative is 0.1-0.2: 1:60:1-5. The molar ratio of amine persulfate and aniline is 1-1.2:1.
