NOVELTY - Nylon composite coating comprises 5-15 wt.% silicon carbide, 5-15 wt.% modified graphene and 70-90 wt.% polyhexamethylene adipamide. USE - The nylon composite coating is useful for lift guide shoe lining. ADVANTAGE - The composite coating has excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties which can protect the lift shoe lining and prolong the service life of the lift shoe lining. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nylon composite coating, comprising (1) placing the mixed powder of silicon carbide, modified graphene and polyhexamethylene adipamide in absolute ethanol, and stirring until mixing evenly to obtain a composite powder system A; (2) adding deionized water into the composite powder system A and treating ultrasonically for 6-10 hours to obtain a composite powder system B; (3) stirring the composite powder system B for 2-6 hours, drying at 60-100degrees Celsius to constant weight, and sieving to obtain mixed powder; (4) baking the mixed powder for 40-80 minutes at 80-120degrees Celsius to obtain the mixed powder after drying; and (5) spraying the mixed powder onto the surface of the shoe lining to be coated by a flame spraying process.
