NOVELTY - The switch has a first dielectric layer (20) positioned on a nano antenna (30). The nano antenna is positioned on a second dielectric layer (40). The second dielectric layer is positioned on a graphene layer (10). The graphene layer transmits an incident beam (1) between the first dielectric layer and the graphene layer through a plasmon wave generating surface. A pump beam (2) is arranged in the nano antenna and is operated between the second dielectric layer and the nano antenna. USE - Plasma monic all-optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch solves problemof power requirementand controls light through the little optical energy bay to the light.
