▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Plasticizer comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 5-15 pts. wt. diethylene glycol dibenzoate, 2-10 pts. wt. lauryl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 1-5 pts. wt. hydroquinone, 4-8 pts. wt. epoxy butene, 5-15 pts. wt. waste activated carbon, 2-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant USE - Used as plasticizer containing waste activated carbon. ADVANTAGE - The plasticizer: is harmless and environmentally friendly; has simple production process, no toxicity, high plasticizing efficiency, cold resistance, heat resistance and extraction resistance; saves the resource; and can meets the various use requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plasticizer comprising (i) taking the above mentioned components according to the specific ratio, (ii) performing ball milling on the waste activated carbon to obtain waste activated carbon powder and regenerating the waste activated carbon powder to obtain regenerated activated carbon powder, (iii) introducing nitrogen into the reaction kettle for protection, adding epoxy soybean oil, diethylene glycol dibenzoate, lauryl acrylate, triethanolamine, hydroquinone, epoxy butene, waste activated carbon, a coupling agent and an antioxidant into the reaction kettle, heating and stirring until the temperature is 40-60degrees Celsius, preserving heat and continuously stirring for 1.5-2 hours, (iv) adding the modified graphene into a reaction kettle, heating and stirring until the temperature to 30-40degrees Celsius and keeping the temperature and stirring for 30-60 minutes, and (v) uniformly stirring, concentrating under reduced pressure and cooling to room temperature.
