NOVELTY - High endurance waterless offset printing plate comprises 11-21 pts. wt. peach gum, 42-60 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid solution, 110-200 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 31-49 pts. wt. guanidine salt ionic liquid, 5-17 pts. wt. octyl polymethylsiloxane, 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.4-1.6 pts. wt. coconut shell extract, 0.05-0.4 pt. wt. di-tert-butyl peroxide, 20-30 pts. wt. sumac wax, 4-14 pts. wt. pig skin, 42-66 pts. wt. limonene, 12-22 pts. wt. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 1.1-3.1 pts. wt. silicon nitride powder, 0.04-0.14 pt. wt. carbodiimide, 4-14 pts. wt. tamarind gum, 3-7 pts. wt. cyclic olefin copolymer and 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene superfine powder. USE - Used as high endurance waterless offset printing plate. ADVANTAGE - The printing plate: has excellent dust resistance and light transmittance, toughness and wear resistance, excellent insulation and has printing force of greater than or equal to 140,000 prints; and makes the printed matter difficult to get dirty and fall off the screen. The method: is stable and controllable, easy to realize, and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-endurance waterless offset printing plate, comprising (i) ultrasonicating peach gum and hydrochloric acid solution, then heating and concentrating to make the volume after concentration 1/5 to 1/3 of the volume before concentration, adding absolute ethanol, filtering and discarding the filtrate to obtain gelatinous extract, (ii) ultrasonicating guanidine salt ionic liquid, gelatinous extract and octyl polymethylsiloxane to dissolve gelatinous extract, and irradiating with gamma rays to obtain silicone rubber polymerization liquid, (iii) mixing graphene oxide, coconut shell extract and silicone rubber polymerization solution uniformly to obtain glue solution, distilling under reduced pressure at 135-155 degrees C to recover guanidine salt ionic liquid, and then adding di-tert-butyl peroxide to the remaining glue solution to obtain silica gel layer composition, (iv) placing sumac wax and pig skin in microwave for 45-65 minutes, then filtering while hot, and discarding the filter residue to obtain microwave extract, (v) adding microwave extract, limonene, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and silicon nitride powder into the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, heating at 95-105 degrees C, then adding carbodiimide and tamarind gum, continuing to heat at 125-155 degrees C, and reacting for 110-130 minutes to obtain modified tamarind gum, (vi) adding cyclic olefin copolymer and polytetrafluoroethylene superfine powder to modified tamarind gum, maintaining for 35-65 minutes, then allowing to stand, and cooling to separate layers, and collecting the viscous liquid in lower layer to obtain protective glue, and (vii) taking silica gel layer composition and applying on the plate base with photosensitive layer, heating at 85-95 degrees C for 50-70 seconds to harden the composition on the photosensitive layer to form silica gel layer, then coating the protective glue on the silica gel layer, and heating at 65-75 degrees C for 35-55 seconds to harden the protective glue to obtain waterless offset printing plate.
