▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxygen wall front and back composite transition metal-based porphyrin heterogeneous catalyst, comprises 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin as ligand. The transition metal before the oxygen wall and transition metal after the oxygen wall are coordinated with the ligands to prepare complexes by solvothermal method. The two complexes are immobilized on carbon nanomaterials by covalent bonds. The transition metal before the oxygen wall is manganese and/or iron. The transition metal after the oxygen wall is cobalt, nickel and/or copper. The carbon nanomaterial is carbon nanotubes, graphene or derivatives. USE - The catalyst is useful in catalyzing oxygen reduction reaction and metal-air batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is synergistic with the advantages of oxo wall transition metal site activity and good oxygen wall front transition metal position 4 electronic oxygen reduction selectivity, has excellent oxygen reduction performance, better than the physical mixed sample corresponding to two unit metal catalyst, as metal air battery catalyst, the voltage difference of the charging platform under the battery 2 mA/cm2 is even better than the mixed catalyst of commercial platinum carbon and carbon iridium, the synthesis raw material the catalyst is simple and easy to obtain, the reaction condition is mild, the operation is simple, when the catalytic oxygen reduction and secondary metal air battery, the reaction performance is high, the catalyst dosage is low, the catalytic condition is easy to control, and has good stability.
