▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The carbon zinc-manganese dioxide dry battery with high current utilization rate comprises a cathode zinc cylinder, an electrolyte slurry, a carbon rod, a diaphragm and a combined cap set between a composite anode electrode and the cathode zinc cylinder. The electrolyte comprises 60-80 pts. wt. of manganese dioxide, 8-10 pts. wt. of carbon materials, 5-7 pts. wt. of ammonium chloride, 4-6 pts. wt. of zinc chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. of buffer, 1-2 pts. wt. of modified additives and balance of water. The manganese dioxide is alpha-manganese dioxide. The buffer is ammonium acetate. The carbon material is conductive carbon black, expanded graphite, carbon nanotubes, graphene or carbon fibers. USE - Carbon zinc-manganese dioxide dry battery. ADVANTAGE - The carbon zinc-manganese dioxide dry battery has high current utilization rate, good conductivity, high working efficiency, long service life and low hydrogen evolution amount, thus reducing internal resistance, and having excellent discharge capacity. The electrolyte slurry improves the conductivity of the dry battery, enhances the performance of the carbon material for adsorbing charges, promotes the absorption of manganese dioxide to hydrogen, enhances the service performance of the battery under the condition of large current, and prolongs the service life and the capacity of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing process of the carbon zinc-manganese dioxide dry battery with high current utilization rate.
