▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing lithium iron phosphate involves (a) mixing trivalent iron salt, phytic acid and phosphate in water to react to obtain a ferric phosphate precursor fluid, and (b) mixing the ferric phosphate precursor fluid with lithium salt and carbon source, drying, and calcining. USE - The method is useful for producing lithium iron phosphate, which is used as an anode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses phytic acid and phosphate to form phosphate group as phosphorus source, and trivalent iron salt to synthesize iron phosphate, then directly mixing the ferric phosphate precursor body fluid with lithium salt, carbon source to prepare lithium iron phosphate. It uses the combination of phytotoxic acid and phosphorus to make the prepared lithium iron phosphorus low temperature performance is obviously improved. At the same time, the method directly uses the ferrous phosphate precursor fluid for producing lithium iron phosphates, compared with the traditional method of using iron phosphate powder raw material, saves the Ferric phosphate drying, calcining step, and greatly saves the production cost.
