NOVELTY - UV-curable material formulation comprises 40-50 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 25-30 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 10-14 pts. wt. acrylic polyurethane, 6-8 pts. wt. bismaleimide, 2-3 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 4-6 pts. wt. polytrimethylolpropane triacrylate microspheres, 1-2 pts. wt. thermal initiator, and 1-1.6 pts. wt. thickener. The modified epoxy resin is obtained by mixing the epoxy resin with nano-silica and graphene. USE - UV-curable material formulation used in municipal pipeline repair, city construction, automobile, aerospace, building, day and the development of high molecular composite material and the application of each industry in each row. ADVANTAGE - The UV-curable material formulation improves the mechanical strength curing material and hardness of the material, ensures the uniformity of the material curing and use effect of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an UV-curable material formulation, which involves: a. mixing resin raw materials: vinyl resin, modified epoxy resin, acrylic polyurethane and bismaleimide and stirring to obtain mixed resin for subsequent use; b. adding polytrimethylolpropane triacrylate microspheres into mixed resins and carrying out high-speed mechanical stirring to disperse raw materials, to obtain dispersion materials; and c. adding above-mentioned dispersing material with a thickener and stirring evenly, adding photoinitiator and a thermal initiator in turn to continue stirring to obtain product.
