NOVELTY - Graphene-modified PC/ABS alloy material comprises 100 pts. wt. polycarbonate (PC)/(ABS) acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy, 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. MBS elastomer grafted with anhydride, 1-5 pts. wt. ACR processing aid, 1-10 pts. wt. nano calcium terephthalate whisker. USE - Graphene-modified PC/ABS alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified PC/ABS alloy material improves surface resistance, tensile strength, impact strength is higher than 100KJ/m2, meets fields of heat conduction, antistatic and high performance requirements for use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified PC/ABS alloy material, which involves adding materials according to PC/ABS alloy, maleic anhydride-grafted MBS elastomer, ACR processing aid, nano calcium terephthalate whiskers, and graphene into high-speed mixer for 10-30 minutes, placing mixed material into twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing, and temperature is 220-250 degrees C.
