▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Radiation-resistant composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 13-20 pts. wt. anti-radiation agent, 15-25 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 2.5-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, prepared through high-temperature vulcanization; where the reinforcing filler is composed of carbon black, white carbon black, lead oxide and barium sulfate in weight ratio of 3:1:1:0.6; the anti-radiation agent is made up of boron nitride and graphene in weight ratio of 10:3. USE - The anti-radiation composite material is used in nuclear reactor, nuclear power system, aerospace vehicle, chemical engineering, medical and high energy radiation environment fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical property and anti-radiation performance, after irradiation, the tensile strength and resilience rate performance of the retention rate is ≥ 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-radiation composite material, comprising (i) taking each raw material component, (ii) adding raw ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber into internal mixer for mastication for 2-3 minutes, adding auxiliary agent, reinforcing fillers and anti-radiation agents in sequence, mixing for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixed rubber, (iii) adding the mixed rubber obtained in step (ii) into open mill and knead for 1-2 minutes, then adding accelerator and vulcanizing agent, mixing completely into rubber, passing through for 2-3 minutes, according to the requirements of the sample, pressing the mixed rubber into the required thickness, placing in flat vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, and open the mold to take out the cut pieces after vulcanization is completed.
