▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for developing a bio-modified sensor for diagnosing pathogens integrated into an electrochemical cell comprises (a) modifying the surface of a working electrode with a solution of an organic acid or its salt, (b) depositing a ligation solution containing 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide, a buffer of 2-morpholino ethane sulfonic acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide or N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide on the modified surface, (c) depositing a solution containing at least one type of antibody on the surface containing the ligation solution, (d) depositing a concentrated solution of blocking agent dissolved in MES buffer solution on the surface containing the ligands with anchored antibodies. USE - The bio-modified sensor is useful for diagnosing pathogens integrated into electrochemical cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor is suitable in the field of biotechnology, biomedicine and medical diagnosis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for developing a bio-modified sensor for diagnosing pathogens integrated into an electrochemical cell comprises (a) modifying the surface of a working electrode with a solution of an organic acid or its salt, (b) depositing a ligation solution containing 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide, a buffer of 2-morpholino ethane sulfonic acid and N-hydroxysuccinimide or N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide on the modified surface, (c) depositing a solution containing at least one type of antibody on the surface containing the ligation solution, (d) depositing a concentrated solution of blocking agent dissolved in MES buffer solution on the surface containing the ligands with anchored antibodies, where the antibodies include antibodies that bind to at least one type of structural proteins of the pathogen, at least one type of structural proteins genetically conserved between different variants or lineages of the pathogen, the electrode is an electrode printed on a flexible polymer film by screen printing with carbon allotrope material ink or carbon dioxide laser induced graphene electrode from a polyimide film, a reference electrode, a counter electrode and at least one interdigitated planar working electrodes on a flexible substrate. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: bio-modified electrode for detection of pathogens; and use of electrode for the detection of pathogens in clinical or environmental samples.
