▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 35-55 pts. wt. highly flame-retardant recycled polystyrene, 20-30 pts. wt. high wear-resistant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer. The composite material is prepared by: (1) adding highly flame-retardant recycle polystyrene, high wear-resistant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, graphene nanosheets and compatibilizer to a mixer, mixing at 450-480 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain a mixture, adding the mixture to a twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing at 160-170 degrees C to obtain particles; and (2) adding the particles to the extruder, adding antioxidant, extruding through die at a linear speed of 1000 mm/minute at 170-180 degrees C, cooling, and molding. USE - Composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material uses highly flame-retardant recycled polystyrene prepared through blending and hot pressing. When the recycled polystyrene is burned, the phosphorus and nitrogen compounds can generate carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia and other gases to prevent combustion, so that the high residual carbon content can slow down the burning rate and further improve the flame retardant performance of the recycled polystyrene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite materials.
