NOVELTY - Preparation of graphite thin film comprises ultrasonically dispersing 0.2-8 mg/ml oxidized graphene aqueous solution in super-hydrophobic mold, molding, putting in 10-90% alcohol aqueous solution for 1-20 minutes, reducing, and drying to obtain graphene thin film at 50-90 degrees C. USE - Method of preparation of graphite thin film (claimed) used in mobile phone, tablet personal computer, LED light, super capacitor, and lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low cost, and suitable for large scale production.
