▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide lubricating film on surface of bearing steel disc comprises (i) pre-treating surface of bearing steel plate, (ii) adding graphene oxide solution with a mass concentration of 0.1-0.3 wt.% to tricresol phosphate, thoroughly stirring and mixing to obtain mixed solution, (iii) dropping mixed solution into surface of bearing steel plate treated in step (i), and then heating bearing steel plate in gradient, and cooling, and (iv) cleaning surface of bearing steel disc treated in step (iii) using organic solvent to obtain graphene oxide lubricating film on surface of bearing steel disc. In the step (i), the organic solvent includes ethanol, acetone and/or isopropanol. In the step (iv), the organic solvent is acetone. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide lubricating film on surface of bearing steel disc. ADVANTAGE - The film has good flame retardancy, mildew resistance, abrasion resistance, low volatility, and good electrical properties, and good anti-wear effect under water lubrication environment.
