NOVELTY - Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe comprises 80-100 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 10-20 pts. wt. low molecular weight polyethylene, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-2 pts. wt. calcium powder compounds, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hardened oil, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.5-2 pts. wt. hyperbranched poly(ester-amide), 0.5-2 pts. wt. fluorosilicon masterbatch, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method: makes the crystallization of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene molecular chain basically disappear by controlling the temperature of the mixed ingredients in the silo to be 130-140degrees Celsius,making the molecular chain soft, and combined with the lubricating effect of the filler, which greatly improves the processing performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, and can reach the maximum extrusion speed 2 m/minute when the pipe is stably extruded, greatly improves the production efficiency of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe, comprising introducing raw materials into the mixer and uniformly mixing them to get the mixture; introducing the mixture into a silo, maintaining at 130-140degrees Celsius for certain period of time, then extruding through an eccentric rotor extruder, cooling and sizing, curing and molding to obtain final product.
