NOVELTY - Preparing (001) surface exposed titanium nitride nanosheet-doped-graphene lithium-sulfur anode material comprises (a) dissolving polystyrene ball in absolute ethanol, stirring, marking the solution as A, (b) adding titanium carbide suspension to deionized water, stirring, mixing, marking the solution as B, (c)adding graphene oxide to deionized water, stirring, mixing, marking the solution as C, (d) dropping solution A into solution B, stirring, centrifuging to obtain polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide spheres, (e) dispersing polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide spheres into water, stirring, adding polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide solution to the C solution, stirring to form a polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide/graphene oxide mixed solution, (f) preparing polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide/graphene oxide mixed solution as a powdered precursor and (g) mixing precursor and melamine and heating the mixed powders in a tubular furnace to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing (001) surface exposed titanium nitride nanosheet-doped-graphene lithium-sulfur anode material. ADVANTAGE - The titanium nitride nanosheet has a directional exposed crystal plane, good adsorption capacity and catalytic effect on lithium polysulfide; improves the utilization rate of active materials and the cycle stability of lithium-sulfur batteries. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing (001) surface exposed titanium nitride nanosheet-doped-graphene lithium-sulfur anode material comprises (a) dissolving polystyrene ball in absolute ethanol, stirring until completely dissolved, marking the solution as A, (b) adding the titanium carbide suspension to deionized water, stirring, mixing, marking the solution as B, (c)adding graphene oxide to deionized water, stirring, mixing, marking the solution as C, (d) slowly dropping solution A into solution B, stirring, centrifuging to obtain polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide spheres, (e) dispersing the polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide spheres into deionized water, stirring, adding the obtained polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide solution drop wise to the C solution, stirring to form a polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide/graphene oxide mixed solution, (f) preparing the polystyrene ball-doped-titanium carbide/graphene oxide mixed solution as a powdered precursor by spray drying technology and (g) mixing precursor and melamine when nitriding with melamine as the nitrogen source and heating the uniformly mixed powders in a tubular furnace under an argon atmosphere to obtain product.
