▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aluminum-beryllium alloy precision casting release agent comprises 70-80 pts. wt. deionized water, 4.7-6 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 10-13 pts. wt. alumina, 2-3.5 pts. wt. silica, 0.8-1.3 pts. wt. sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. sodium monohydrogen phosphate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 1-1.8 pts. wt. sodium tetraborate. USE - Aluminum-beryllium alloy precision casting release agent. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has non-toxic and harmless raw materials. The release agent is easily and quickly to demold, can be stored for a long time and effectively realize the isolation protection of the aluminum-beryllium alloy and the mold shell wall, does not affect the surface quality of alloy parts and mold shells, greatly improves work efficiency, and reduces alloy casting cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the casting release agent comprising pre-drying all solid materials; dissolving sodium silicate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium monohydrogen phosphate in deionized water, adding calcium chloride and sodium tetraborate, and uniformly stirring to completely dissolve; adding with alumina, silica, and graphene oxide, uniformly stirring, dispersing, and standing; and heating with stirring to 65-80 degrees C for greater than or equal to 0.5 hours, standing, and cooling to room temperature.
