▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing coal gangue-based heating material comprises (1) mixing coal gangue, carbonaceous material and binding agent, and carry out trapping to obtain mixed mud, and (2) pressing the mixed mud obtained in step (1) into shape, and sintering in a protective atmosphere to obtain final product. The chemical composition of coal gangue includes 15-50 wt.% alumina, 30-45 wt.% silica, 0.5-1 wt.% iron(III) oxide, 2-2.5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.5-1.5 wt.% sulfur dioxide and 17-35 wt.% carbon. The carbonaceous material includes graphene, carbon nanotubes and/or conductive carbon black. The binding agent comprises polyvinyl alcohol, aluminum sol and/or silica sol. USE - The method is useful for preparing coal gangue-based heating material. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes coal gangue and carbonaceous materials as raw materials, which forms high thermal resistance and strength, and high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity; utilizes binding agent, which promotes the stable combination of carbonaceous material and coal gangue, improves the strength of the composite heating material, and improves the electrothermal conversion efficiency; utilizes wide source of raw materials; has low cost and simple process; and is environmentally friendly and suitable for production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coal gangue-based heating material prepared by above method.
