NOVELTY - High strength concrete comprises 180-200 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 100-200 pts. wt. silicon sand, 40-80 pts. wt. modified bamboo fiber, 60-100 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 200-240 pts. wt. active admixture, 6-10 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 6-10 pts. wt. preservative, 4-8 pts. wt. slow release alkali agent and 180-200 pts. wt. water. The high-strength concrete outer surface has a cut-off erosion medium. The cut-off erosion medium is epoxy resin sealing primer, glass fiber cloth, epoxy resin paint, penetration concretion type concrete anti-corrosion paint and polyurethane finish paint from inside to outside. The water reducing agent comprises 30 wt.% sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde condensate, 10 wt.% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 10 wt.% coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide, 10 wt.% rock wool powder, 20 wt.% algin oligosaccharide and 20 wt.% nano zirconium carbide. USE - Used as high-strength concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete prevents corrosion of reinforcing steel bar, and reduces degradation and failure of concrete structure performance.
