NOVELTY - Paint comprises 15-30 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. carbon nano tubes, 2-10 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 10-20 pts. wt. metal powder, 5-10 pts. wt. functional filler, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 0.02-0.1 pts. wt. sterilizing and anti-mildew agent, 20-50 pts. wt. adhesive, 15-18 pts. wt. glass micro balloon, 16-20 pts. wt. antistatic emulsion, 30-50 pts. wt. organic solvent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. photo initiator. USE - Used as paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has good dispersibility, conductivity, antistatic and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paint, comprising (i) adding graphene into a part of the organic solvent, sonicating for 40 minutes to obtain 1.5 mg/ml graphene suspension, adding acid-treated carbon nanotubes into the graphene suspension, performing ultra sonicating, processing for 50 minutes to obtain graphene-nano tube mixed solution, heating mixture of graphene and carbon nanotubes to 400 degrees C at 30-45 MPa for 50 minutes to obtain a graphene-carbon nano tube composite material; (ii) adding the metal powder in the above ratio into remaining organic solvent, sonicating for 10-20 minutes, allowing to stand for 20-40 minutes to wet and dispersing metal powder; (iii) adding conductive carbon black, functional filler, dispersant, flatting agent, sterilizing and anti-mildew agent, glass micro balloon, antistatic emulsion and photo initiator into stirring tank and stirring to obtain a mixture; (iv) mixing the composite material obtained in the step (i) with above, adding adhesive, and stirring at 1500-2000 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes; and (v) adding paint base into the wet-dispersed metal powder, stirring uniformly, and sieving through a 100-300 meshes screen to remove impurities.
