▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of microwave-reduced graphene oxide (MW-rGO) involves providing graphene oxide (GO) comprising one or a few layers of graphene comprising at least 25 wt.% oxygen functional groups, reducing GO into reduced graphene oxide (rGO) comprising one or a few layer(s) of graphene comprising 10-25 wt.% oxygen functional groups using a reducing agent, and reducing rGO into MW-rGO comprising one or a few layer(s) of graphene comprising less than 10 wt.% oxygen functional groups by microwaving rGO under air atmosphere in presence of a catalyst. USE - Manufacture of microwave-reduced graphene oxide used as cooling agent for deposition on metallic substrate (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to aluminum, stainless steel, copper, iron, copper alloys, titanium, cobalt, metal composite and nickel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple manufacture of microwave-reduced graphene oxide having high quality in short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of MW-rGO for the deposition on a metallic substrate.
