▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Process for preparing graphene thermal conductive film, involves (a) configuring 5-50% graphene slurry and adjusting the solid content of the graphene slurry to 5-50% and a viscosity to 10000-1000000 mpa.second, (b) using extrusion molding technology and directly extruding the graphene slurry into a sheet material and (c) sintering, drying the sheet material at low temperature, undergoing carbonization and graphitization treatments, and rolling to obtain the product. USE - The process is useful for preparing graphene thermal conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple to operate, reduces cost, energy consumption, scale of equipment, floor space and difficulty of plant site construction, improves qualification rate of product, and saves electricity.
