▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Transdermal drug delivery layer comprises heating layer and sustained-release layer in sequence, where the heating layer has heating function, and is used to promote sustained release of sustained-release drug from sustained-release layer under heating, the heating temperature is 40-60 degrees C. The sustained-release layer is attached to the affected part of the skin. The sustained-release drug comprises heat transfer component and effective component in a mass ratio of (0.1-10):1. The heat transfer component comprises graphene, nano-silicon dioxide and polyolefin. The effective component comprises liposomes, and cholesterol, electrolytes and drugs in the liposomes. The liposome has phase transition temperature of 40-60 degrees C and the liposome is released at the phase transition temperature to release the drug to the outside of the membrane. The liposomes comprises distearoylphosphatidylcholine and dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine. USE - The transdermal drug delivery layer is useful for reducing inflammation of skin affected area.
