NOVELTY - Damping coating comprises 28-30 pts. wt. aqueous silicone-acrylic emulsion, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene aqueous acrylate emulsion or 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. graphene powder, 28-30 pts. wt. functional filler, 14-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1.5-2 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. mold inhibitor, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. pH regulator, 0.8-1 pt. wt. thickening agent and 18-20 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - As damping coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the damping performance of the aqueous damping coating through modification. The coating is high in loss factor and loss modulus, and has excellent construction effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the damping coating, involving (i) weighing deionized water, adding functional filler and graphene powder or graphene aqueous acrylate emulsion, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 10-20 minutes, adding flame retardant, stirring at 300-500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, adding coupling agent, and stirring at 500-800 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain an aqueous solution (A), (ii) adding aqueous silicone acrylic emulsion, wetting agent, defoaming agent, mold inhibitor, pH regulator and film-forming additive, and stirring at 200-300 rpm for 5-10 minutes to obtain an aqueous emulsion (B), (iii) adding aqueous solution (B) to aqueous emulsion (A), stirring at 200-300 rpm for 10-20 minutes, adding thickening agent and stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain the product.
