▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low-emissivity cover glass comprises an ultra-thin glass sheet, and a wave-absorbing composite coating formed by solidifying an absorbing film on the ultra-thin glass sheet. The wave-absorbing composite coating solution contains a wave-absorbing composite powder, and a binder comprising silica sol. The wave-absorbing composite powder is a nano attapulgite modified coated ferrous ferric oxide, combined with nickel-loaded graphene composite. USE - A low-emissivity cover glass used for a touch screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cover glass is easy to prepare, has stable performance and strong absorbing capacity, and can reduce electromagnetic radiation to human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the low-emissivity cover glass, comprising: (A) preparing wave-absorbing composite coating by uniformly mixing ethanol as main solvent, 1.5-3.5 wt.% absorbing composite powder, and 2-5 wt.% binder, and storing at 2-5 degrees C; (B) pre-treating ultra-thin glass sheet; (C) spraying the wave-absorbing composite coating on the ultra-thin glass sheet; and (D) oven-baking at 150 degrees C, curing for 40-60 minutes, stewing, and cooling.
