▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carrier comprises a substrate having metal surface (A), several graphene islands arranged on the substrate and metal (B) particles arranged at the gaps between the graphene islands. The portions of the neighboring graphene islands are not connected to form several gaps between graphene islands. USE - Carrier for Raman spectroscopy is used for detection, fabrication, biomolecule detection, drug testing, medical diagnosis and analysis. ADVANTAGE - The carrier has excellent flexibility, sensitivity, reliability, and detection capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the carrier.
