NOVELTY - Nitrogen-doped graphene-carbon nanotube composite catalyst comprises carbon carrier and a noble metal loaded on the carbon carrier. The carbon carrier is composed of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide and nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene-carbon nanotube composite catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene-carbon nanotube composite catalyst has high catalytic activity and high stability, and has simplicity, high yield and suitability for batch production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nitrogen-doped graphene-carbon nanotube composite catalyst, which involves: (1) mixing the nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide with the noble metal precursor solution to deposit noble metal on the nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide to obtain noble metal-loaded nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide; (2) mixing 5-15 pts. wt. nitrogen-doped carbon nano tube with 85-95 pts. wt. noble metal-loaded nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture in water, adding a reducing agent, reacting at 75-80degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours to obtain a reduced product, and filtering and drying the reduced product.
