NOVELTY - A polyurethane composition comprises 10-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 5-20 pts. wt. polyurethane prepolymer, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.3-2.5 pts. wt. grafting agent, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 0.5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. inorganic nanoparticles and 60-300 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Polyurethane composition used for forming capsule material for flight device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane composition provides the capsule material having excellent welding performance at high temperature of 85degrees Celsius. By applying the polyurethane composition to the fiber fabric of the capsule material to form functionally integrated load-bearing layer, the problem of poor adhesion between the fiber fabric and other functional layers is solved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) capsule material, which comprises a weather-resistant layer, a helium barrier layer, and a function-integrated load-bearing layer that are stacked in sequence. The function-integrated load-bearing layer includes a buffer layer, a fiber fabric, and a heat-sealing layer that are stacked in sequence. The buffer layer and the heat seal layer are prepared by using the polyurethane composition as raw materials. The areal density of the functionally integrated bearing layer is 20-200 g/m2. The areal density of the helium barrier layer is 5-30 g/m2. The areal density of the weather resistant layer is 10-30 g/m2. The areal density of the buffer layer is 1-10 g/m2. The areal density of the fiber fabric is 5-150 g/m2. The areal density of the heat-sealing layer is 30-110 g/m2. The fiber fabric is selected from Vectran (RTM: high-performance multifilament yarn spun from liquid crystal polymer) fiber fabric, carbon fiber fabric, glass fiber, basalt fiber fabric, silicon nitride fiber fabric. At least one of polyetheretherketone fiber fabric, Kevlar (RM: heat-resistant, synthetic, lightweight fiber) fabric, polyimide fiber fabric, polyparaphenylene bisoxazole fiber fabric, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber; (2) manufacture of polyurethane composition, which involves mixing and stirring the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, polyurethane prepolymer, chain extender, grafting agent, initiator and solvent to obtain mixed liquid (B) and mixing the obtained mixed liquid (B), coupling agent and inorganic nanoparticles, and dispersing on a high-shear emulsifier; and (3) manufacture of the capsule material, which involves preparing the polyurethane composition (C), coating the polyurethane composition on both sides of the fiber fabric and curing to obtain the heat-sealing layer and buffer layer at 30-100degrees Celsius, coating the helium barrier layer and the weather-resistant layer on the surface of the buffer layer away from the fiber fabric in sequence, and curing at temperature of 75-120degrees Celsius.
