NOVELTY - The method involves coating graphene aqueous solution with silk material. The graphene aqueous solution is dried under 500 to 1000 degrees centigrade temperature for performing carbonizing process. The dried solution is washed and dried to obtain porous coal/graphene composite material. USE - High-energy density ultra-capacitor key electrode material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing high energy density, high power density and long circulation life of ultra-capacitor key electrode material.
