▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing graphene (12) on a growth substrate (2). A target substrate (14) i.e. elastomer, is provided on the graphene to form first composite (16) comprising the target substrate and graphene. A portion of the first composite is removed from the growth substrate by providing a membrane on the growth substrate to form second composite comprising the membrane and the growth substrate, where attractive forces between the graphene and the target substrate forming the first composite are greater than attractive forces between the graphene and the growth substrate. USE - Method for manufacturing composite i.e. laminate, of graphene to produce a product e.g. electronic device product and optoelectronic device product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding use of etchant baths to form graphene composites so as to provide higher quality graphene and reduce cost and less contamination/doping of graphene and target substrates by etch solution in an improved manner. The method allows separation of composite layers to involve slow diagonal peel-off that maintains approximately uniform stress along a line of contact between the separating composites for instance by control of the substrate tension using friction brakes or particle brakes on each wind up roll for the growth substrate and the target substrates if the first/third composite is gripped along one entire edge then the composite is peeled back along direction square to edges of the sheet to be fully dry processes, and the transfer mechanism avoids introduction of dopants or contaminants associated with etchant solution, so that the graphene retains high quality properties to achieve high quality devices and large area devices to be fabricated in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a flexible composite comprising a flexible substrate (2) an apparatus for manufacturing composite of graphene.
