▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A biomass alkaline fuel battery air cathode is prepared by mixing vitamin B6 and graphene into deionized water according to ratio of 8-12 mL:10 mg:1-3 mg, ultrasonically processing for 6-8 hours, filtering, washing solid mixture with deionized water, and drying to obtain vitamin B6-graphene composite; and dipping carbon cloth into uniform mixture of PTFE emulsion with water content of 35-45 wt.% for 5-10 minutes, taking out, drying, firing at 350-380 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain hydrophobic carbon cloth. USE - Method for preparing biomass alkaline fuel battery air cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method deposits platinum on carbon cloth, improves platinum dispersion degree, increases utilization ratio of platinum in electrocatalysis system, and reduces economic cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A biomass alkaline fuel battery air cathode is prepared by: (A) mixing vitamin B6 and graphene into deionized water according to ratio of 8-12 mL:10 mg:1-3 mg, ultrasonically processing for 6-8 hours, filtering, washing solid mixture with deionized water, and drying to obtain vitamin B6-graphene composite; (B) dipping carbon cloth into uniform mixture of PTFE emulsion with water content of 35-45 wt.% for 5-10 minutes, taking out, drying, firing at 350-380 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain hydrophobic carbon cloth; (C) putting 100 mg vitamin B6-graphene composite into 1200 mu L uniform mixture of PTFE emulsion with water content of 35-45 wt.%, ultrasonically vibrating for 25-35 minutes to obtain mixed solution, coating on surface of hydrophobic carbon cloth, drying at 350-380 degrees C, burning for 25-35 minutes, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain composite carbon cloth; (D) coating into uniform mixture of PTFE emulsion with water content of 35-45 wt.%, drying to 350-380 degrees C, burning for 10-20 minutes, taking out, and cooling to room temperature; (E) immersing (D) into 0.5 M aniline and 0.5 M sulfuric acid first electrolyte solution, using platinum electrode as counter electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and (D) as working electrode, connecting with lead of electrochemistry working station, using cyclic voltammetry control potential range between - 0.2-0.85 V, and electrochemical polymerizing aniline at scanning speed of 50 mV/second to obtain PAni/C electrode; and (F) immersing (E) into 0.5 M sulfuric acid and 0.02 M chloroplatinic acid second electrolyte solution, and constant potential depositing for 15-25 minutes at - 0.25 V.
