NOVELTY - A device comprises plasmatron with 2 coaxially arranged outer and inner electrodes having tangential feed of working gas and nozzle attached to output section of the plasmatron. The nozzle is a cavity with diameter of end plane and height. The end plane of nozzle is made of wall ring annulus for gas outlet with cross-sectional area. USE - A device for hydrogenating graphene used for carbon nanomaterials. ADVANTAGE - The device simplifies hydrogenation of graphene, increases controllability of the hydrogenation process, and increases scale of mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A device comprises plasmatron with 2 coaxially arranged outer and inner electrodes having tangential feed of working gas and nozzle attached to output section of the plasmatron. The nozzle is a cavity with diameter of end plane (D=70-100d), and height (h=25-42d), where d is diameter of output section of plasmatron. The end plane of nozzle is made of wall ring annulus for gas outlet with cross-sectional area (S=3.5-5.5d).
