▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced copper-molybdenum composite material with three-dimensional network structure comprises 78.5-89.9 wt.% copper, 10-20 wt.% molybdenum, and 0.1-1.5 wt.% reduced graphene oxide. USE - Preparation method of graphene-enhanced copper-molybdenum composite material with three-dimensional network structure used in high voltage switch, microelectronic package and instrument field. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent conductive heat-conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of graphene-enhanced copper-molybdenum composite material with three-dimensional network structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the preparation method of graphene-enhanced copper-molybdenum composite material with three-dimensional network structure.
