NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves dissolving graphite oxide in a liquid carbon-containing substance, adding obtained suspension solution into an atomizer, introducing protective gas into a reaction chamber, heating the reaction chamber, opening the atomizer, spraying the suspension solution mist into the reaction chamber, reacting for 5-60 minutes, closing the atomizer at the end of the reaction, cooling the reaction chamber to room temperature under protective gas atmosphere, and stopping introducing the protective gas. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with high yield by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene involves dissolving graphite oxide in a liquid carbon-containing substance to prepare a suspension solution with concentration of 1-20 g/L, adding the suspension solution into an atomizer, introducing protective gas into a reaction chamber at flow rate of 10-1000 sccm for 1-60 minutes, heating the reaction chamber at 750-1100 degrees C, opening the atomizer, spraying the suspension solution mist into the reaction chamber at a speed of 50-200 mL/minute, reacting for 5-60 minutes, closing the atomizer at the end of the reaction, cooling the reaction chamber to room temperature under protective gas atmosphere, and stopping introducing the protective gas.
