▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The system has a transmitter, and a receiver containing a graphene membrane (155). The membrane has a single layer or multiple layers of a two-dimensional material. The receiver is operable to receive sound waves in an ultrasonic frequency range of about 20 kilohertz to 10 gigahertz. USE - System for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic sound. ADVANTAGE - Obtains improved low-frequency response by attaching acoustic cavity to one side of graphene microphone electrodes. The differential measurement method eliminates the responses of the loudspeaker, coupling, and driving/amplification circuits. The sub-millimeter accuracy is easily achieved with the simple electroacoustic frequency sweep configuration.
