NOVELTY - Storage battery shell recycling granulating comprises (i) cleaning a storage battery shell and crushing to obtain a plastic master batch, (ii) adding 100-120 pts. wt. raw material plastic master batch, 4-8 pts. wt. flame retardant filler, 3-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-5 pts. wt. lubricant, and (iii) melting the raw material, extruding, cooling, and cutting. USE - The method is useful for storage battery shell recycling granulating. ADVANTAGE - The method: can dehydrate the phosphorus oxyacid on the flame retardant filler during the combustion of plastic is dehydrated to form carbon by catalyzing the hydroxy-containing compound; can generate coke layer on the surface of the material; ensures the coke layer can isolate oxygen; can extinguish the heat insulation; can decompose the surface aluminum hydroxide of the flame-retardant filler to generate water and oxide; absorbs combustion to generate heat; reduces heat; generate a large amount of water vapor; and can quickly extinguish the flame.
