NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves providing fluorinated graphene as raw material and ammonia as nitrogen source into a tubular furnace, then heating to 500 plus minus 50 degrees C for 2-7 hours and naturally cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene with high nitrogen content and low oxygen content.
