NOVELTY - The material has a graphene nano-meter sheet attached to a three-dimensional frame. A nickel sulfide material is formed with a graphene nano-piece, where quality of the graphene nano-piece is 5 to 35% and the nickel sulfide material is 5 to 95%. The three-dimensional frame is formed with the graphene nano-piece, where thickness of the graphene nano-piece is 0.37 nm. The three-dimensional frame is formed with a single layer or multiple layers, and particle size of the nickel sulfide material is 600 nm. USE - Graphene and nickel sulfide nano-composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The material achieves better electrochemical lithium storage property.
