▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene device includes at least one channel (443) comprising a first graphene layer, and two electrodes (341,342) connected to two ends of the channel and comprising a second graphene layer. USE - Graphene device. Uses include but are not limited to a transistor used in various devices such as electronic devices, optical devices, sensors, capacitors, and energy devices. ADVANTAGE - Graphene having a very small width can be easily formed on a large area since graphene grows from exposed side surfaces of a growth layer. A bonding error between the electrodes and the channel can be prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method of manufacturing a graphene device.
