NOVELTY - Polymer composite material gas box comprises a box body (1) and a box door (2). The box door is hinged with the front side of the box body by a hinge. The box body is made of high molecular composite material. The high molecular composite material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. graphene, 30-45 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 3-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 4-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant. The inner side wall of the box door and located at the upper and lower ends of the opening are fixedly connected with two groups of fixing cylinders (6). The fixing cylinder and the inner side of the spring is provided with a limiting ball (8). The upper and lower ends of the transparent observing plate are fixedly connected with a clamping block (9). The left and right sides of the clamping block are inwards concave provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting ball. USE - Used as polymer composite material gas box. ADVANTAGE - The box: has high strength, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, insulation and antistatic performance; is convenient to perform maintenance operations on the internal gas meter; and protects the internal gas meter.
