▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide composite sponge comprises (S1) dissolving chitosan in water containing 1-2 %mass acid, stirring, leaving for 8-12 hours to obtain chitosan solution, weighing graphene oxide according to the ratio of 20-60% of the chitosan mass, dissolving it in water with the same volume as the chitosan solution ultrasonically, and leaving it for 8-12 hours to obtain a graphene oxide solution, (S2) mixing equal volumes of the chitosan solution and the graphene oxide solution, adding glutaraldehyde for crosslinking reaction, centrifuging and washing to obtain chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide, and (S3) dissolving the chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide in deionized water containing 1-2 %mass acid to obtain a chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide composite solution, pre-freezing and freeze-drying the chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide composite solution to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is used for preparing chitosan crosslinked graphene oxide composite sponge, which is used for preparing hemostatic material. (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the shortcomings of chitosan and graphene oxide used alone, and provides theoretical support and ideas for the synthesis of new composite hemostatic materials.
