NOVELTY - Super-large-capacity chemical heat storage material comprises 10-25 wt.% hydrated salt, expanded graphite and 5-20 wt.% graphene film. USE - Super-large-capacity chemical heat storage material used on the missile-borne electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The super-large-capacity chemical heat storage material has density heat accumulation reach more than 1200kJ/kg, improves 1 order of magnitude, same power, weight or volume can be reduced by more than 50 %. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a method for preparing an ultra-large capacity chemical heat storage material, which involves: a. melt-blending 75-90 wt.% hydrated salt and 10-25 wt.% expanded graphite and stirring at a temperature range of 10-20℃ higher than the melting point of the hydrated salt for 1 hour to obtain a composite melt, and cooling down to room temperature; b. adding a graphene film with a thickness of 0.25mm to the composite melt obtained to adjust the thermal conductivity and decomposition temperature of the composite melt, and mixing evenly, briquette to make the density 900-1800kg/ m3to obtain a product; 2. a super-large-capacity heat storage passive heat dissipation system, which comprises a shell and a chemical heat storage material filled inside the shell, where the shell is provided with an exhaust port, and the exhaust port is arranged through one-way valve controls the exhaust pressure within the range of 0.025-0.12Mpa, and to discharge the water vapor generated by the decomposition of chemical heat storage materials.
